Over the years, I’ve had the great fortune to share my expertise on HGTV’s House Hunters International multiple times, including as the featured realtor for the Premier Episode of Mexico Life. I also collaborate with Dream Retirement Mexico on YouTube, where our team provides invaluable insights on the real estate market and the ins and outs of owning property and living in Mexico.

I’ve lived in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, for over 12 years, but my journey started long before that. Originally from Colombia, I moved to the United States as a teenager. Nearly two decades ago, I came to the Riviera Maya on vacation and was captivated by its beauty and potential. Year after year, I returned, eventually taking the opportunity to invest. Although the process was unfamiliar, I took every precaution with a real estate professional and an attorney, ensuring my investment was protected.
